DEADLINES
We ship orders within 7 business days. In addition to this timeframe, you can also count on the timeframe of the carrier according to your choice.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please exchange or return your order within 7 days of receiving it. Our items are unique and in small quantities. All items can be exchanged to other products. Keep your clothing tag, otherwise, the item will not be accepted for exchange.
In addition, items with marks and smells of use will not be approved for exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of defective items, the exchange and return shipping costs will be borne by us. Refunds and exchanges are only available once the item has arrived at our studio and we have checked that everything is OK.
Returns will only be possible in cases where the garment is defective, otherwise you will receive a coupon for the value of the purchase to use whenever you like.
